Mount Baker Student Mixer this evening.  6:00 – 7:00 for those going to Mount Baker next school year.

 

Permission slips and money should be in for Wild Waves trip.

Locate 10 Pro baseball teams, football teams or National parks.  Write an informational paragraph about a state other than Washington.\

 

Spelling, Math, Letter to Lincoln,

 

Progress Reports went home today.

 

This morning Mrs. Thornburgh asked us when was it 1,000,000 seconds ago.  Do you know?  In math we reviewed using  a review quiz we took yesterday.  Hopefully being able to ask questions about things we weren’t sure of will help us do our best on the MAP test tomorrow. After lunch, we had a few minutes of silent reading and then we used a rubric to grade our Seattle paragraphs.  Most of us did well on organization, but need to work on spelling and grammar.  The last period of the day Mrs. Thornburgh gave us a quiz about geography.  We didn’t do so well.  Caytlyn had the best score.  After we took the quiz, we played a map game on the SMARTboard.  .
